• State Stamp Duty & E-Stamping: Paying the correct state non-judicial stamp duty or purchasing valid E-Stamp paper as mandated by the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, or state stamp statutes.
• Notarization & Registration: Obtaining formal notarization before a licensed Notary Public or registering the document with the Sub-Registrar of Assurances where required by law (e.g., Section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908 or Section 55 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999).

The design system, branding, software codebase, and curated template logic of QuickDocIndia are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to generate and download documents for their personal or business use.

Client-Side Data Privacy: QuickDocIndia operates client-side document processing logic. The text inputs and personal details you fill into generator forms remain within your browser environment and are not stored on our server databases.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and Legal Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
